p8888 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p8888 ("p8888," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the p8888 online gaming platform available at p8888.net, including all associated games, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on p8888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

p8888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the p8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of p8888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the p8888 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

p8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the p8888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. p8888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify p8888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

p8888 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication to protect your account. However, no security system is impenetrable, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to security matters beyond p8888's reasonable control.

p8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p8888 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.

Deposits are credited to your p8888 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. p8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal limits. p8888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

p8888 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

p8888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• p8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

All games available on the p8888 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

p8888 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. p8888 is not responsible for errors caused by player misunderstanding of game rules or interface navigation.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, p8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. p8888's decision in such matters is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p8888 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other fraudulent purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward p8888 staff or other players.

All content on the p8888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of p8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p8888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p8888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

p8888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p8888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

p8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination for cause, p8888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player without cause, any verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p8888 Platform shall first be submitted to p8888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the foregoing process.

p8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p8888 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the p8888 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
